Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential

CO-ACTIVE COACHING METHODOLOGY

The coaching philosophy regards the client as the expert of their life,

As naturally creative, resourceful and whole.

Each coaching process starts from clarifying the client’s expectations.

The process is tailored to the person’s individual needs, learning style and capacity.

In Lilith’s work the process usually happens over 3-6 sessions every 1-3 weeks.

AWARENESS

Step 2                                          1 - 3 Sessions

  • Inviting to make choices and to select the experiences the person wants most rather then staying at the mercy of circumstances or trying to have it all

  • Helping to see many useful perspectives

  • Planning from possibility rather than from circumstances

  • Assisting in creating a plan of action grounded in commitment

ACTION

Step 3                                         1 - 3 Sessions

  • Inviting to make choices and to select the experiences the person wants most

  • Supporting the person in the process of getting there and achieving the goals

  • Have the person "experience" what exists for them rather than only talk about it

  • Work with emotionally charged issues
