​Meeting all educational elements required by the ICF to apply for the ICF MCC via MCC Level 3 Path.  Upon successful completion you will receive an ICF Level 3 EcoSystem Master Coach Certificate.  

 

ICF Level 3 EcoSystem Master Coach Certificate confirms 85 CONTACT HOURS:​​

​

• 75 hours of Coach Specific Training with an ICF MCC Educator. This and your previously completed 125+ hours of Coach Specific Training (as part of your ICF PCC accreditation) fulfils the ICF 200 hours training requirement for the MCC application.

​​

• 10 hours of Mentor Coaching with an ICF MCC Mentor Coach, of which: 5 hours in 1-2-1 and 5 hours in a group of maximum of 10 participants. This way you fulfil all ICF Mentor Coaching requirements for the MCC application.

 

 

ICF Minimum Requirements for ICF Master Certified Coach credential application via MCC Level 3 Path:

​1. EDUCATION
•    ICF Level 3 EcoSystem Master Coach certificate
 

2. EXAMINATION CONDUCTED BY ICF 
•    ICF MCC Performance Evaluation Exam: audio recordings and verbatim transcripts of 2 coaching sessions
•    ICF Credentialing Exam: test.
 

3. COACHING PRACTICE 
•    2500 hours of coaching practice (2250 of which need to be paid) with at least 35 different clients.

ICF Level 3 EcoSystem Master Coach education process combines exploring the nuance of each ICF Core Coaching Competency at the master level; with a grounding in knowledge of 'self as a coach' and a human being. The programme nourishes the coach’s authenticity, vulnerability and transparency; advancing the cultivation of trust and safety in a coaching relationship. ​

The participants are invited to explore beyond an anthropocentric frame of thinking to a greater context of life and social impact. Participants are introduced to concepts such as holism, phenomenology and complexity of living systems. We support the client's journey in the context of the client's ecosystem. We provide our own methodology of applying EcoSystem Coaching in the context of organisations.

The participants master how to stay truly present to hold a transformative space for the client in a partnering way. They practice the art of listening with reverence to become a learner of the client, the client’s world and what is meaningful for the client. Through the client’s lens they partner in evoking awareness and experience who the client truly is, their wholeness, resourcefulness and potential. They facilitate the client’s growth by inviting the client to sense how they can apply their learning in a meaningful way into everyday life.

ICF Level 3 coaching listening becomes the participant’s second nature. That includes sensitivity in perception through multiple channels such as: feeling, sensing, intuiting awareness of shifts in the client’s non-verbal expression, embodied experience, energy field, and ecosystem. Mastering those skills is supported by entraining with natural ecosystems and applying the learning to a partnering coaching conversation.
