EcoSystem Master Coach is taught at ICF 'master coaching competency' Level 3. The programme includes all education required to apply for ICF Master Certified Credential (MCC): Coaching Training and Mentor Coaching. The programme is delivered by Evolution founder Lilith Joanna Flanagan, ICF MCC accredited.
The learning experience is grounded in previous comprehensive coaching education and practice. The programme is for coaches who already have ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

200 hours of Coach Specific Training
EcoSystem Master Coach Level 3 certificate will confirm 75 hours of Coach Specific Training. This together with your previously completed 125 hours of Coach Specific Training as part of your ICF PCC accreditation will fulfil the ICF training requirement for the ICF MCC application.

10 hours of Mentor Coaching:
EcoSystem Master Coach Level 3 certificate will confirm 10 hours of Mentor Coaching:
3 hours in 1-2-1 process and 7 hours in a group of a maximum of 10 participants.
All learning is provided by an ICF MCC Educator in good standing.
This way the graduate of EcoSystem Master Coach fulfils all the ICF education requirements to apply for the MCC Credential.

EcoSystem Master Coach education process combines exploring the nuance of each ICF Core Coaching Competency at the master level; with a grounding in knowledge of 'self as a coach' and a human being. The programme nourishes the coach’s authenticity, vulnerability and transparency; advancing the cultivation of trust and safety in a coaching relationship.
The participants are invited to explore beyond an anthropocentric frame of thinking to a greater context of life and social impact. Participants are introduced to concepts such as holism, phenomenology and complexity of living systems. We support the client's journey in the context of the client's ecosystem. We provide our own methodology of applying EcoSystem Coaching in the context of organisations.
The participants master how to stay truly present to hold a transformative space for the client in a partnering way. They practice the art of listening with reverence to become a learner of the client, the client’s world and what is meaningful for the client. Through the client’s lens they partner in evoking awareness and experience who the client truly is, their wholeness, resourcefulness and potential. They facilitate the client’s growth by inviting the client to sense how they can apply their learning in a meaningful way into everyday life.
Level 3 coaching listening becomes the participant’s second nature. That includes sensitivity in perception through multiple channels such as: feeling, sensing, intuiting awareness of shifts in the client’s non-verbal expression, embodied experience, energy field, and ecosystem. Mastering those skills is supported by entraining with natural ecosystems and applying the learning to a partnering coaching conversation.

EcoSystem Coaching Training
75 Contact Hours in ICF Core Competencies
(52 Synchronous, 23 Asynchronous)
Mentor Coaching
10 Contact Hours (10 Synchronous)
TIME COMMITMENT + DETAILS
You will need to set aside 12 days (3 days x 5 hours every 6-8 weeks for 5 months) to engage with group training and group mentor coaching.
1:1 sessions can be scheduled more flexibly.
By completing the programme, you will receive
Level 3 Coaching Education
85 Contact Hours certificate, inclusive of 10 Hours of MCC Master Coaching and 75 Hours of Coaching Training in ICF Core Competencies.
EcoSystem Master Coach Level 3 includes all Master Certified Coach education required by the ICF
4 Modules taking place every 6-8 weeks in synchronous face-to-face group learning via Zoom including:
10 days x 5 hours of group Coach Training (50 hours in a group with maximum of 10 participants)
7 hours of group Mentor Coaching (in a group with a maximum of 10 participants)
3 hours of one-to-one Mentor Coaching sessions for each participant
3 one-to-one Observed Coaching Sessions: These are sessions with Lilith, during which she will evaluate your audio-recorded coaching sessions with clients of your choice in one-to-one setting; and will provide you an oral and written feedback on the 8 ICF Core Competencies according to the ICF MCC examination standards.
Modules consist of: 80% coaching experience (including experimentation, reflection, broadening awareness, observation and feedback) and 20% of theory.
The graduate of EcoSystem Master Coach receives the Evolution Coaching Academy Level 3 Coaching Education Certificate. The certificate entitles the graduate to apply for ICF MCC credential, through providing the required 75 Contact Hours in Coach Training and 10 in Mentor Coaching with ICF MCC Educator.

This programme is for advanced coaches who are looking to offer their coaching services for the Greater Good of our Society and Planet and appreciate an Intuitive and Holistic approach. We welcome experienced coaches who have already got the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
