EcoSystem Master Coach programme is a comprehensive ICF Accredited Level 3 Coaching Education. It consists of all education required to apply for ICF Master Certified Credential (MCC) via MCC Level 3 Path.
The mastering of coaching is intertwined with deepening connection and dialoguing with Nature in the learning process.
The programme is intended for coaches who are already ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited.

Meeting all educational elements required by the ICF to apply for the ICF MCC via MCC Level 3 Path. Upon successful completion you will receive an ICF Level 3 EcoSystem Master Coach Certificate.
And:
ICF Level 3 EcoSystem Master Coach education process combines exploring the nuance of each ICF Core Coaching Competency at the master level; with a grounding in knowledge of 'self as a coach' and a human being. The programme nourishes the coach’s authenticity, vulnerability and transparency; advancing the cultivation of trust and safety in a coaching relationship.
The participants are invited to explore beyond an anthropocentric frame of thinking to a greater context of life and social impact. Participants are introduced to concepts such as holism, phenomenology and complexity of living systems. We support the client's journey in the context of the client's ecosystem. We provide our own methodology of applying EcoSystem Coaching in the context of organisations.
The participants master how to stay truly present to hold a transformative space for the client in a partnering way. They practice the art of listening with reverence to become a learner of the client, the client’s world and what is meaningful for the client. Through the client’s lens they partner in evoking awareness and experience who the client truly is, their wholeness, resourcefulness and potential. They facilitate the client’s growth by inviting the client to sense how they can apply their learning in a meaningful way into everyday life.
ICF Level 3 coaching listening becomes the participant’s second nature. That includes sensitivity in perception through multiple channels such as: feeling, sensing, intuiting awareness of shifts in the client’s non-verbal expression, embodied experience, energy field, and ecosystem. Mastering those skills is supported by entraining with natural ecosystems and applying the learning to a partnering coaching conversation.
We run the ICF Level 3 EcoSystem Master Coach once a year with an intimate group of no more than 10 participants and places tend to fill up quickly! If you feel called, apply to enrol onto the EcoSystem Master Coach today.

• 2500 hours of coaching experience (2250 paid) with 35 different clients.

ICF Level 3 Coaching Education consists of 85 Contact Hours:
EcoSystem Coaching Training ICF Level 3
75 Contact Hours, of which 65 in ICF Core Competencies
(55 Synchronous, 20 Asynchronous)
and
ICF MCC Mentor Coaching
10 Contact Hours (10 Synchronous), of which 5 Hours in One-to-One
TIME COMMITMENT + DETAILS
You will need to set aside 12 days (3 days x 5 hours every 6-9 weeks for 5 months) to engage with group training and group mentor coaching.
One-to-one sessions (5 hours) can be scheduled more flexibly.
By completing the programme, you will receive
ICF Level 3 Coaching Education 85 Contact Hours certificate,
inclusive of 10 Hours of ICF MCC Mentor Coaching and
75 Hours of Coaching Training in ICF Core Competencies at ICF MCC level.
This and your previously completed 125+ hours of Coach Specific Training (as part of your ICF PCC accreditation) fulfils the ICF 200 hours training requirement and 10 hours of Mentor Coaching for your ICF MCC application.
ICF Level 3 EcoSystem Master Coach includes all Master Certified Coach education required by ICF:
4 Modules taking place every 6-10 weeks in live, experiential group learning via Zoom, including:

11 days x 5 hours of group Coaching Training (55 hours in a group of maximum 10 participants)

5 hours of group Mentor Coaching (in a group of maximum 10 participants)
AND:
5 Hours of One-to-One Mentor Coaching sessions for each participant, inclusive of:

3 Participant's coaching sessions Observation and Feedback: These are sessions with the ICF MCC Mentor Coach, during which they will evaluate your audio-recorded coaching sessions with clients of your choice in one-to-one setting; and will provide you an oral and written feedback on the 8 ICF Core Competencies according to the ICF MCC examination standards (BARS).
All group modules consist of: 80% coaching experience (including experimentation, reflection, broadening awareness, observation and feedback) and 20% of theory.
The graduate of ICF Level 3 EcoSystem Master Coach receives the Evolution Coaching Academy ICF Level 3 Coaching Education Certificate. With that certificate the graduate can apply for ICF MCC credential via MCC Level 3 Credential Path. It confirms the required ICF Level 3 accredited 75 Contact Hours in Coaching Training and 10 hours in Mentor Coaching with an ICF MCC Mentor Coach.
