my story
In 2010 I took a hand-on leadership training that created a huge impact in my life. I learned to challenge my beliefs, to chose how to feel at every time, and behaviours that open more possibilities to achieve what I want. To trust myself and others. To develop a powerful action plan to make my dreams come true.
After inviting around 30 people to that training and witnessing how people deeply transform they lifes, I decided I wanted to invest more in myself and become a coach, to and have tools to support people discover themselves, grow and shine.
I have been supporting others since then, through different ways: as a Human resources team lead, as a coach, as a trainer, as a volunteer for NGOs, etc.
What Qualifies Me to Serve You?
​I hold the ICF PCC credential and I am working towards my MCC. I work for different coaching platforms in English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. I count on more than 18 years of experience working for corporatations, coaching companies and for private clients. I have coached managers and high-potentials to support them in acquiring the leadership tools they need to progress in their careers.
Before working as a coach, I have worked as Human resources professional for 15 years at multinationals (Accenture, 4 Finance) and local companies. I designed and facilitated trainings for leaders, using coaching skills. For more than 5 years, I was part of hands-on leadership trainings that had the purpose of expanding awareness of self and effectiveness to accomplish goals, both individually and as a team.
I volunteered at NGOs as a trainer and mentor to develop young people skills to obtain their first job.
I am a NLP Practitioner.
At a personal level, I love travelling and meeting people from different cultures, sharing experiences. I consider myself a citizen of the world. I enjoy walking in nature, trekking in mountains, cycling and swimming in rivers.
Expressing emotions through art: listening to music, going to concerts, dancing, taking drama classes, reading and painting.
