With over 17 years of diverse experience in healthcare, consultancy, and various industries on an international scale, nine years ago, I reached a pivotal moment in my career by embracing the transformative world of coaching. As a true believer in the principles of Gestalt, wholism, and whole intelligence, my work has always sparked curiosity about creating healthy, functioning individuals and systems. This curiosity drives my commitment to fostering a dialogical and authentic life for others.

Coaching aligns seamlessly with my passion for growth and resilience. My journey began in psychotherapy, working with individual and group clients. Over time, I expanded my focus beyond therapy to coaching individuals and teams across various organizations, both as an internal and external coach.
I passionately believe in the transformative power of coaching, enabling individuals to assume greater responsibility, connect with their core essence, and foster profound respect for both humanity and the natural world. My work is founded on the belief that authentic relationships are the cornerstone of every thriving organism. I advocate for and actively facilitate the nurturing and development of whole intelligence to foster resilience, well-being, and effective leadership skills.
In addition to my professional achievements, I co-founded WhiHub, where my entrepreneurial spirit meets a partnership with a colleague who shares my values and dreams, working together to create impactful coaching experiences. I also served as a Board Member of ODN Europe, contributing to the development of organizational development practices across the continent. Balancing my professional life, I cherish spending time with my husband and our son Damian, splitting our time between Macedonia and Germany. I have a deep love for nature, finding joy in the outdoors, especially during sunsets by the water. Music and rhythm are integral to my life and coaching practice, often likening the coaching process to a dance with the client's questions.
What Qualifies Me to Serve You?
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), trainer, mentor, supervisor, OD consultant, Gestalt and Trauma therapist, and expert in Systemic Mapping and Constellations, I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and holistic methodologies to my work with clients and students. I now deliver Level 1 “The Birth of a Coach” and Level 2 “Intuitive Coach” educational programs in North Macedonia as well as online, enabling others to achieve and develop their aspiring dreams.
My coaching practice spans various sectors, including manufacturing, IT, recruitment, healthcare, NGOs, and C-level executives, with over 1500 hours of coaching experience. Additionally, I am currently completing my PhD in Organizational Psychology, further enhancing my expertise in fostering growth and resilience in both individuals and teams, helping them achieve their goals through a tailored wholistic approach.
