I'm all about keeping it real and leading with purpose. I bring a dash of corporate know-how, a sprinkle of intuitive wisdom, and a whole lot of heart. I co-founded Mavericks Unlimited, a boutique consultancy, to shake up leadership development in the tech and creative industries. From giants like Hewlett-Packard and TikTok to changemakers like Amnesty International, I've had the privilege of working with some awesome clients.

my story
After nearly three decades of corporate adventures across Europe and North America, including a stint in Silicon Valley and some time at PWC, I had my "aha!" moment. Coaching wasn't just a career move; it was my calling. It felt like coming home to myself, a way to fully express who I am and live my purpose.

But here's the twist - I'm not your typical suit-and-tie coach. My heart belongs to the wilderness, which is why I recently packed up and moved to beautiful British Columbia with my husband, David. There's something magical about coaching with nature as your jpartnert. I blend the professional with the spiritual, the logical with the intuitive. As a shamanic and druidry practitioner, I bring a unique flavor to my coaching that's all about finding your authentic path and true north.
What Qualifies Me to Serve You?
I hold an MA in Strategic Human Resource Management, an LLM in International Politics and Human Rights Law, and an LLB in Law. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Coach Assessor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. My expertise extends to Organisational Design, Change Management, and Leadership Development, complemented by certifications in various psychometric tools.
However, my true passion lies at the intersection of spirituality, ecology, leadership, and social justice. I explore these themes regularly on my Sacred Wild Podcast, always seeking to broaden my understanding and share insights with others.
When I'm not coaching or recording podcasts, you might find me exploring the great outdoors, playing my electric guitar, or in pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee. These personal passions inform my coaching, bringing a sense of adventure and authenticity to my work.
