All ICF Level 1 Coaching Education required for ICF ACC credential, 83 Contact Hours via Zoom, consisting of: 72 Hours of ICF Accredited Training, of which 60 synchronous, meaning in real-time interaction with Educator and other participants, and 7 Hours of ICF Group Mentor Coaching, all synchronous, and 3 Hours x one-to- one ICF Mentor Coaching with ICF Mentor, Coach, inclusive of 3 Participant's coaching session observation and feedback, and ICF ACC Performance Evaluation
